Our goal is to dovetail seamlessly with the way you want to run your business. The approach that works best for your company is your decision. When you need to bring in a designer to work directly with the client while you complete your ongoing projects, we can meet with the client and return to you with a complete package, including a permit ready set of documents and a confident client prepared to engage in construction. If needed, we can pull your permits and hand off the project ready for your start date. When you want to provide the entire package we can either meet with the client as your in-house designer, or remain behind the scenes and provide you with a set of drawings under your own border with your company's name on the plan.

Dynamic, Affordable Design

Our experience in the field has taught us what it takes to get a project done, primarily to get everybody on the same page and get a set of complete, and easy to read set of plans into the hands of a good contractor. We do our drawings for the person doing the work. Information is laid out not where it looks best but where the person who needs it is most likely to begin the search. Our details are based on the way you like to build. When changes arise during the project, we get them done, usually overnight, and ready to go so you can get back to work.

Technology

The amount of technology available today is staggering yet its practical application to construction has been largely ignored. We create a system that brings hi-tech under your roof and out to your job site. Technology not only streamlines the process, but usually leaves the client with the very clear impression that you are light years ahead of the competition. Every project is stored on a central web archive. Blueprints, tear sheets, renderings of the project, photographs, specifications, the job schedule and a map to the site can all be stored on the archive and are instantly accessible to everyone involved. We can meet with you or the client online, and tour the cad model and drawings and make changes together. Want to show the client what a change will look like? Just phone our office and turn on their computer. Need another set of plans? All you need to do is call the printer, give them the web site and tell them someone is on the way to pick them up. We can put a 3D model of the project in your hands that you can give to the client to explore to their hearts content. We know how to make you look like a rock star.

If your contract is thorough, we can provide you with drawings and specifications to the last detail.

We can meet with you on site and work with you to evaluate a a potential project.

Drafting and CADD modeling.

Where you already have your own plan, we can create a complete set of drawings and construction documents. We can handle the entire spectrum that your project might need from site planning to development of a whole house design. If desired, we can create a 3D model of your project, which you and your client can tour to see the space as you would experience it from the inside. We can also create a central web archive for your project to serve as an instantly available resource for anyone involved or interested in your project

Planning and Permitting

We can get your permits for you or walk you through it. Where required, we offer the services of our planner, who can deal with the local jurisdiction to obtain variances, subdivisions, or sort out any complications that might arise.

Project Budgeting and Scheduling.

We can work with you to set up a budget based on your costs and create a project timeline to help you visualize and navigate through the project in the most expedient manner possible.

Networking

We can connect you to the people you need to complete the project. We are connected to a wide range of sub contractors, professionals, and services from the low to high end. Whether you need someone on a job tomorrow, or just need to a ask a question, we can guide you to the people you are looking for.

Non Compete Agreement

Your project is your business. We will sign a non compete agreement that limits the range of work we can perform on your project to the services you hired us to do. You retain full control of your project.
