Our building stratagem is based on Production Framing. Production Framing is a modern approach to construction, which emphasizes quality, cost, and speed and accomplishes that through education, discipline, and sheer drive. A Production Framer serves a four year informal apprenticeship and is taught to approach everything he builds by breaking it down into phases, steps, cuts, and hammer swings until each action, performed precisely, leads naturally to the next.

Today our team now incorporates not only framers, but concrete finishers, electricians, equipment operators, and landscapers. Together, the crew works to constantly discover the most efficient way to drive every facet of a project precisely home. Each man-hour of every job is tracked and bonuses are paid for each project completed to spec and on time. Our quality is the higher then the competition, our prices lower. Our business is a product of teamwork.

About Joseph Hall
JW Hall, the person, began by framing houses in California, in 1984. He has lived and worked in California, Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, New Mexico, London, and Paris. He majored in English at Bradley University and was named America’s Best Poet of the Working Class By PAJA, Pittsburgh in 1990. The cost of tuition necessitated the creation of JW Hall Design/Build and has thus far resulted in 23 years spent in all phases of residential and light commercial consruction and design.
