Program
Overview

JW
HALL builds custom detached garages for Manufactured Home
Communities.
Each garage is built to the specifications of the Park and
Individual Home owner. Parks are provided with the tools and
resources necessary to sell each home owner a custom designed
garage cost & time effectively.
Step 1
SALES

The
Program is announced and existing homeowners are informed
via newsletters, brochures, and queries customized for your
park by JW HALL. New homeowners are offered the opportunity
to put a garage on their lot as they move in and Dealers are
informed of the existence of the Garage Program to attract
new residents to your park.
Step 2
SITE REPORT

When
the homeowner is ready to put a garage on their lot and is
agreeable to terms required by the park, JW HALL can then
inspect site conditions, such as grade, available area, siding
and shingle colors required to match the existing home. This
report takes only a few minutes and is provided to sales staff.
Step 3
DESIGN

Site
report in hand, the sales person is then ready to close the
deal.
Using either the online Design Center or Design Book provided
by JW HALL, designing a Garage
is as simple as turning pages. Sales Person and Homeowner
begin by looking over either the tour or sample sketches and
photographs in the book to get a basic design. The basic design
is then refined by going through each page of elements and
listing them out on the order sheet. When all the pages are
turned, you have a complete design. Costs are then tallied
and Homeowner and park can agree to a ballpark rental amount.
Step 4 ORDERING

By
phone fax or e-mail, the park sends the order to JW HALL.
Subcontractors are then faxed a copy of the order and on their
reply the final estimate of price and schedule is delivered
to the Park. Once accepted by the Park, the final price is
locked.
Step 5 CONSTRUCTION

Construction
begins and is carried out, usually within 7 days. The homeowner
picks up the keys at the Park Office.
